All new hair colour appointments need a patch test 24-48 hours prior to an appointment. Treatments won’t be carried out and full appointment charges will apply.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee which is equal to 50% of scheduled service.
